a RGA number issued before
return. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Online orders are
shipped prepaid and charged via UPS®
to
U.S.A. and
Canada only.
The UPS® online shipping method contact the UPS®
official web site to calculate freight charges based on
your chosen option. Freight charges are then added to the
order.
When entering your postal code on the checkout page, make
sure it is entered without spaces (i.e. Canada: H1B 2Z1
must read H1B2Z.
Maximum
shipping weight is 150lbs per order (Maximum allowed by
UPS®). If your order exceed
this weight, you will not be able to complete and submit.
Canadian customers are responsible
for broker fees, custom, duties and taxes, if any.

SUR-LOK
warrants that products will be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal use, service and
conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of
shipment unless a lesser period of time is specified on
the labeling of the product. SUR-LOK will not be
responsible for any incidental or consequential damages
arising from or related to use of its products.
