*Cash Terms*
	Credit Card payment. All quoted prices are in United States Dollars (US$). A printed invoice is shipped with each order.
*Order Entry*
	Only product orders for case quantity are accepted.
*Order Cancellations*
	SUR-LOK reserves the right to cancel orders.
*Special Products*
	E-Mail your request for special products or for cross reference information and price and availability.
*Product Returns*
	Subject to a 15% restocking charge, product may be returned. All returns must be approved by SUR-LOK and a RGA number given before return. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
*Shipping*
	A low flat rate is applied for orders shipped within United States and Canada: $10.00 for UPS Surface regardless of order size. FedEx Red, UPS Blue or Red are shipped collect only. Without additional cost to the customer, SUR-LOK reserves the right to choose other carriers. A customer may choose carriers other than listed by SUR-LOK, in which case, orders are shipped collect only. International orders are shipped collect only. You are required to enter the freight forwarder details in the "Note" box at the checkout page. Canadian and International customers are responsible for broker fees, custom/duty and taxes, if any.
*Claim for Loss or Damage*
	Claims must be made against the carrier at the time of delivery for loss or damage in transit.
*MSDS*
	Material Safety Data Sheets are available online at: surlok.com/msds.
*Warranty*
	SUR-LOK warrants that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, service and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment unless a lesser period of time is specified on the labeling of the product. SUR-LOK will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to use of its products.
*Guarantee*
	SUR-LOK guarantees the lowest cost of products at the time of purchase. See the guarantee page for all details.
